The Self Knowledge Institute

Where Neuroscience Meets Ancient Wisdom for Transformative Self-Discovery

A partnership bridging cutting-edge brain science with timeless contemplative practices

Our Four Pillars

  1. Neuroscience Foundation

Our work is grounded in evidence-based neuroscience, including synaptic plasticity and autonomic nervous system function, to help understand the biological basis of behavior and consciousness.

3. Living Systems

Based on Erin's Knowledge Flow© pedagogical approach, we explore how all systems are interconnected. Changes you make within yourself naturally ripple out into your family, organizations, and society.

2. Ancient Wisdom

Drawing from yogic texts and philosophy, we integrate traditional contemplative practices for working with energy and the stress response to break patterns that keep us stuck in various states of dis-ease.

4. Quantum Exploration

We explore cutting-edge science—neuroscience, quantum physics, systems thinking, ecology—blending ancient and modern views on consciousness and energy, embracing the unknown with unbiased minds.
